So, travel guide publishers Lonely Planet have ranked Languedoc as one of the world's hottest destinations for 2009 - the French have known this for years - and a few canny Brits!

We like this area so much that we have decided to purchase a larger house so that we can spend much longer periods of time in France during our retirement, plus cheap pre-booked flights with Ryanair make the area very accessible, so, our wonderful little house is now for sale.

Our asking price is very competitive at 115,000 Euros, a saving on the agents price of 6,000 euros.

For part of the year we let our house out through a local agent and it is very popular. For 2009 we already have bookings for June, July and August - it is a brilliant lock up n go holiday home with a good letting history.
