The weekly rate for our house goes from 205€ in low season up to 488€ in high season.

Our bookings and changeovers are handled by a local agent in Gruissan.  They have very helpful English speaking staff - it is assuring to know that local assistance is available if required.

During July and August changeover day is Saturday at 4.00pm.  However at other times, arrival can be any day at any time.  This is useful if you wish to take advantage of low cost Ryanair flights at attractive rates into Carcassonne, Perpignan and Nimes etc.
