A sunny April day on Les Ayguades beach, S. E. France

Our house in now for sale. We like the area so much that we have decided to purchase a larger house in the same area so that we can spend much longer periods of time in France during our retirement, plus cheap pre-booked flights with Ryanair make the area very accessible.

The asking price is very competitive at 115,000 Euros, for example, the house opposite to ours is being sold for 129.000 Euros and it is not as "good". The price includes all contents. Although the houses are very similar in original construction, there are factors which influence their popularity......

........we let our house out through a local agent and our house is very popular. We have had lets this year in May, June, July, August and September for a number of factors - position relative to the sun; away from car parking areas; private sheltered terrace; clean and uncluttered interior with everything in good condition (you would not believe the amount of dark furniture and clutter inside some of the houses); easy walking distance to amenities, lake and beach. It is a brilliant lock up n go holiday home with a good letting history if that is of interest.
